Women’s Sober Living & Extended Care Program in Henryville, PA

Rock Crest is our sober living residence dedicated to women who are recovering from addiction. Those who reside at Rock Crest benefit from 24/7 staff support and supervision. This page outlines what a typical day is like at our women’s sober living location.

Program Overview

Sober living and extended care for women facing addiction

Our program consists of:

  • Highly structured with a 24/7 staff to supervise residents.
  • Beautiful living accommodations with 2 residents in a room on a manicured 9 acre property.
  • 3 prepared meals provided each day along with additional snacks and drinks always available.
  • Use of washer and dryer on site.
  • Residents are required to be clean and sober, with zero tolerance for the use of alcohol or drugs and to abide by all house rules.
  • We are an all-female recovery house.
  • Length of stay varies between 3-5 months.
  • Must attend an IOP/OP 5 times a week (Phase I) and 3 times per week (Phase II).
  • No cars, no cell phones, no employment… 110% FOCUS ON RECOVERY!!
  • Weekly “visiting day” with family and loved ones on Sundays.

  • 7:00am Wake
  • 7:15-7:30am Morning Mediation (Resident led)
  • 7:30-8:15 Breakfast and clean up
  • 8:15-8:45am Room cleaned and beds made
  • 9:30-11:30am Gym
  • 12:00pm Lunch and clean up
  • 1:00-4:00pm IOP/Grief Group/Mindfulness Mediation
  • 4:15-5:00pm Check in meeting (Resident led)
  • 5:15-6:00pm Dinner and clean up
  • 7:15-9:00pm Outside AA/NA meeting
  • 9:30pm or after return 10th Step meeting (Resident led)
  • 10:00pm Curfew
  • 11:00pm Lights out and TVs off

Saturday

  • 7:30am Wake
  • 8:00-8:45am Breakfast and clean up
  • 9:00-9:30am Room cleaned, bed made
  • 10:00-11:30am Activity or gym
  • 12:00pm Lunch
  • 12:30-2:00pm House cleaning/chores
  • 5:00-5:45pm Dinner
  • 7:15-9:00pm Outside AA/NA meeting
  • 9:15pm or after return 10th Step meeting (Resident led)
  • 11:00pm Lights out
